how to care

 u cant care for someone if u dont care for urself bc u will be delirious and hurt them if u dont care for urself in ur attempts to care for them. care is not self sacrifice but self improvement

if u are not disabled u can give urself more than  i can do for u. if i care about u i have to help u improve so u are so strong u can care about someone else instead of needing care for urself.
