Is there any relation between psychopathy and cluster headaches?
, B.A Economics & Psychology, University of Manitoba (2018)I can't find any. However I can tell you that if I'm experiencing one and you don't leave me alone, you'll be dealing with me mask off.
They were diagnosed like a year ago. I thought nothing of them until I answered a question on here about the most painful thing a human could experience and saw people mentioning cluster headaches.
I always thought not much could be worse (boredom is worse. I prefer a cluster headache to boredom. Which is very frustrating now that I know how painful cluster headaches actually are) then what I felt while having a headache.
They disrupt my sleep and I wasn't aware, but every night around 3 am I can't sleep and feel horrible.
Here's the thing. I don't actually feel the pain. I've felt it twice in my life but not in 8 years. But I still react like I'm feeling the pain. It drives me crazy because I can't stop moving (we thought I was stemming due to being overwhelmed which contradicted the psychopathy and caused great confusion) and want to smash my head against things to make the “pain” go away, but there is no pain.
On top of that this is when I “leak”. I've posted elsewhere on here about crying without forcing it but it's just a weird leaking of water from my eyes. There's also the sinus issues.
Best part! Triggered by anger lol. And exercise and the raising of body heat.
I get mad, go workout amidst 10-50, 18-24 yr olds at the universities gym and it feels like my head is gonna explode. Because it turns out all three would be triggers lol.
So many thing I've been reacting to which appeared to be feeling caused situationally… contradicting the psychopathy and preventing me from making progress.. all caused by these headaches.

exercise results in muscle tension to keep ur body balanced for the position and exercise u are doing. this is varies between people - there are different muscles that hold ur body together in different people. everyone today is using their body wrong due to hard labour, chores (using the body in inappropriate position for prolonged time), wearing shoes, sitting, looking at screens and close range objects. ur body works holistically.
exercises are most of the time specific movements done by reps. this result in muscle imbalance and thus postural problems, on top of it being done while wearing shoes. ur cranial bones move and are held together in ur specific head shape by whatever muscles ur body is using posturally

this video is extremely important for the idea of waht i mean. however the guy is wrong about some things like needing to wear shoes. its true that using ur muscles improperly without shoes can make ur body even more stuck since ur shoes are soft and the ground is not, however that is a bootleg solution lol.. its impossible to use ur body properly while wearing shoes.
tension gets send throughout ur body improperly making ur bone structure worse, causing wear, and making ur body more stuck in itself, and as he explains a lot of exercises make the problems worse, while there are no or most people dont do the counter exercises necessary for proper muscle balance. no one has the time for that.
the carnial bones moving and causing pressure can also get stuck. ur body is a mix of movemnet and static, nothing is one thing only. people's brains are damaged and stuck. ur eye muscles, ur tongue muscles, swallowing palatal and breathing nasal muscles are all related and used posturally. this is why anxiety makes it hard to breathe or u over breathe or whatever it is - its muscle tension that cant get resolved so ur body is trying to overcompensate, this also pressures ur brain and distorts ur thinking.
this is why great insights can come when ur lying on the seat or bed or couch sometime but as soon as u get excited, wake up more, start moving everything disappears. this is why we have great ideas at night and morning but for some reason all of those great things get lost during the day.
laziness is caused by brain lacerations and dysfunctional muscle use cranial bones rubbing against ur brain - the brain and nerves getting damaged makes u feel tired, so ur body is signaling u need to rest to rebuild itself. however what happens is that those connections in the brain about poor muscle use get even stronger the longer u dont change them - the more u exercise them, the harder it is to stop.
