all ways ppl turn self-reliance into self indulgence and somehow reason that we shouldn't be helping each other. "not my problem"

u are everyone's mom, we are all here, we all have different problems and abilities, we are supposed to do the best we can to take care of each other

 

ppl who have it easy, whose life works out tell others who dont that they are not trying hard enough.

sometimes u cant do anything to help bc u are not trying hard enough, and project on the other person that he isn't. ofc again we all have flaws and problems.

men are insecure but everyone is insecure. men are insecure bc they are afraid of hurting someone and being judged. u can get judged for everything u do or say. women say they dont judge but they do judge, they just mean they dont judge in the sense they would nag u about it sometimes. men dont know whats wrong with them and they dont want to get humiliated/made feel like idiots for exposing their vulnerabilities. problem with feeling like an idiot is helplessness.

men dont engage in stabilizing hobbies like make up or whatever, bc they dont have time, and are stressed about doing it. this makes them alienated from their emotions, anxious or violent. so u get the insensitive chad and the anxious doormat

that are treated like objects of commodity instead of living beings with needs.
